The text of the telegram will be published on the Kremlin's website. «I will be glad to continue our constructive dialogue and close joint work to develop comprehensive partnership and strategic interaction between our states,» the message on the Kremlin website says. Putin also wished Xi Jinping success, good health and wellbeing.
