MOSCOW, Oct 24 European champion in men's single skating Artur Danielyan to compete at all-Russian and interregional competitions due to failure to notify about the transfer to another sports organization, according to the official website of the FFCM. At the end of August, Danielyan left the group of coach Elena Buyanova in Moscow and began to train with Evgeny Petersburg. The resolution states that in 2016 Danielyan was enrolled in the S. A. Zhuk Figure Skating School (CSKA), he is a member of the Moscow national team and is a conscript serving in the sports company of CSKA. An athlete violated the regulation approved by the FFKM Presidium on the procedure for transferring athletes from one sports organization to another by not submitting an application for transfer to the FFKM indicating the date and justification. It is noted that Danielyan, as an athlete of CSKA, must do military service at a place determined by the military commissariat. «Danielyan Artur will be denied an application for participation in official all-Russian and interregional competitions, since he is legally an athlete of the S.A. figure skating school.
