MOSCOW, Oct 27 Former National Basketball Association (NBA) shooting guard “Boston Celtics” Delonte West was arrested for breaking into a car and trying to escape from the police, according to TMZ Sports. The incident occurred on October 15 in Fairfax County, Virginia. Law enforcement officers arrived at a local parking lot, where, according to eyewitnesses, West broke into someone else's car. During the detention, the ex-basketball player became aggressive and began to run. The police managed to catch and arrest him. West was charged with four counts: breaking into a car, breaking into a car, trying to hide from law enforcement and drinking in a public place. West was released from custody the following day. West was drafted 24th overall by the Boston NHL Draft in 2004. In addition to Boston, the basketball player played in the NBA for the Seattle SuperSonics, Cleveland Cavaliers and Dallas Mavericks.
