The unfinished business center «Sea Capital» in St. Petersburg, which was bought by the structures of the founder of PMC Wagner Yevgeny Prigozhin, will be renamed PMC Wagner Center. This was reported on VKontakte by the press service of his company Concord.
The construction of a business center from several buildings connected by an overpass was started in 2009 by the subsidiary of the St. Petersburg developer Rosstroyinvest. At the end of 2019, according to Delovoy Peterburg, the building was bought by a company associated with Prigozhin's Concorde.
The center is located in the Nevsky district at the intersection of Zolnaya Street and Dalnevostochny Prospekt. At the end of October, PMC Wagner Center launched its own website, and the Beware the News project drew attention.
The press service of Concorde, when asked about the center, cited a description of the project taken from the site as a commentary by Prigozhin. According to the answer, it will be a «complex of buildings» with places for «free accommodation» of inventors, IT specialists and start-ups that are engaged in «improving Russia's defense capability, including information.»

The center has not yet opened, finishing work is ongoing there, said a Fontanka correspondent who visited the site. “At the height of the second or third floor, round emblem stickers with a large letter W and the inscription “PMC Wagner Center” winding around them are clearly visible through the mirror reflections of the windows,” she described the building.
