MOSCOW, Dec 4 Emergency power outages continue in Kyiv, Odessa and Dnepropetrovsk regions of Ukraine, the Ukrainian energy company DTEK reported.
The day before, the company also reported emergency power outages in Kyiv and the Odessa region.
«Emergency power outages occur in Kyiv. are not operating yet,» the message on the website of DTEK Kyiv Electricity Networks says.
DTEK Odessa Electric Networks and Dniprovsky Electric Networks reported that emergency power outages are also operating in these regions.
