MOSCOW, 5 Dec. Germany wants to become the guarantor of European security, as expected by its allies, said German Chancellor Olaf Scholz in an article for Foreign Affairs magazine.
He claims that Berlin is doing everything possible to protect and strengthen the international order.
«That is why the Germans intend to become the guarantor of European security and build bridges within the European Union, as well as to be a supporter of multilateral solutions to global problems,» the chancellor emphasized.
