The 2nd Western District Military Court found it illegal to place the seal “Prone to betrayal, lies and deceit” on the military ID of paratrooper Zakhar Kukareko, who refused to fight in Ukraine. This was announced by the head of «Agora» Pavel Chikov.

The seal was placed by the command of military unit 41450 in Ryazan. When exactly this happened is not reported. The court ordered the military commissariat, to which Kukareko is assigned, to issue him a new military ID.
At first, the case was considered by the Ryazan Garrison Military Court, but in early September it was transferred to the 2nd Western District Military Court in Moscow. The need for this was justified by the secrecy of the decision of the unit commander to set the seal.
Private Kukareko was dismissed from service and in the summer appealed to the court and the military prosecutor's office of the Ryazan garrison. It is reported that in early August, the department declared illegal the stamp in the military ID of the former paratrooper. Because of him, in particular, they refused to hire Kukareko at the Ministry of Emergencies.
