DONETSK, 11 Dec Acting head of the DPR Denis Pushilin released the head of the administration of Debaltseve Igor Zakharevich from his post.
«Release Zakharevich Igor Vladimirovich from his position as head of the administration of the city of Debaltseve of the Donetsk People's Republic,» Pushilin's decree says.
