St. PETERSBURG, Dec 13 Deputy Foreign Minister Russian Federation Andrey Rudenko said that he had no information about the resumption of railway communication with the DPRK.
«I can not confirm these reports,» Rudenko told reporters on the sidelines of the Valdai discussion club.
