BRUSSELS, Dec 16 participation in Russian companies operating in the energy sector in the Russian Federation, according to a document published in the Official Journal of the EU.
«It is prohibited to acquire any new or expand any existing participation in any legal entity, organization or institution registered or created in accordance with the laws of Russia or any other third country and operating in the energy sector in Russia,» it says.
