The European Union imposed sanctions against the heads of several Russian ministries

BRUSSELS, Dec 16 A number of Russian ministers, including ministers of culture , education, science and education, the heads of the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Emergencies, the Ministry of Justice and others, were included in the new EU sanctions list. The EU on Friday introduced the ninth package of sanctions against Russia. The package includes a block of economic restrictions, as well as personal sanctions against almost 200 individuals and organizations. The new sanctions list includes Russian officials, deputies, judges, representatives of law enforcement agencies, and media personalities. The sanctions have been extended against three Russian banks, NTV/NTV Mir TV channels, Rossiya 1, REN TV and Channel One.
Economic sanctions include expanding export restrictions, a ban on investments in the mining industry of the Russian Federation, a ban on the supply of engines and parts for drones, a ban on the export of toy drones, complex generators, laptop computers, computer components, printed circuits, radio navigation systems, radio control equipment, cameras and lenses.
There is also a ban on providing Russians and Russian companies with advertising services, market research and public opinion polls. EU citizens are also now completely banned from holding management positions in state-owned or state-controlled companies in the Russian Federation.
