MOSCOW, Dec 19 The building complex of the EU delegation burned down in the capital Central African Republic (CAR) city of Bangui.
«The buildings of the EU delegation in Bangui were engulfed in fire on Monday night. No one was injured. We thank our partners in advance for their patience during the reorganization of our service,» EU Ambassador to the CAR Douglas Darius Carpenter wrote on Twitter .
This is not the first incident with foreign missions in the Central African Republic recently. On Friday morning, a package sent to him exploded in the office of the head of the Russian House in Bangui, Dmitry Sytyi. He was hospitalized.
