MOSCOW, 22 Dec. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's actions are all about siphoning money from the «collapsing economy» of the United States instead of strengthening world stability and making wise decisions, Fox News host Tucker Carlson said.
In his opinion, the fact that Washington is doing every demand of the Ukrainian leader, sacrificing the well-being of his own population, can be called «the most humiliating scenario for one of the greatest states in the world.»
In addition, he criticized the appearance of the President of Ukraine, comparing him to the manager of a strip club.
"Zelensky arrives, dressed as a strip club manager, and starts demanding money. Surprisingly, no one kicked him out, on the contrary, everyone fawns over him and gives him even more billions,” the TV presenter was indignant.
The day before, Zelensky visited Washington. He held talks with President Joe Biden and addressed Congress. The White House, for its part, announced a new $1.85 billion military aid package for Ukraine. In particular, it included the Patriot anti-aircraft missile system, 500 high-precision artillery ammunition, 37 Cougar armored vehicles, mines, grenade launchers and small arms.
Russia has been conducting a military special operation in Ukraine since February 24. Against this backdrop, the United States and its NATO allies continue to pump tens of billions of dollars worth of weapons into the Kyiv regime. Moscow, for its part, has repeatedly stated that the supply of Western weapons only prolongs the conflict, and the transport of weapons becomes a legitimate target for the Russian army.
