MOSCOW, Dec 26 Military enlistment office staff in Ukraine have to hand out subpoenas in crowded places, because people simply don’t open the doors when they come home, Ukrainian Channel 24 reports, citing Roman Gorbach, head of the personnel department of the command headquarters of the Ukrainian Ground Forces.
Earlier, a number of Ukrainian media reported on the increasing cases of distribution of subpoenas in crowded places. The effect of martial law and general mobilization in Ukraine in November was extended until February 19, 2023.
