The Ministry of Internal Affairs put Bellingcat investigator Hristo Grozev on the federal wanted list. Mediazona found this in the ministry's search database.
The card says that Grozev is wanted «under the article of the Criminal Code.» Which one exactly is unknown.

Hristo Grozev — investigative journalist and leader the Bellingcat project. In particular, he, together with the team of Alexei Navalny and other journalists, investigated the poisoning of a politician. Investigators determined that eight employees of the FSB Institute of Forensic Science were involved in the poisoning.
In July, the FSB accused Grozev of helping Ukrainian intelligence, which, according to the agency, was planning to hijack a Russian military aircraft. The department did not report on the initiation of the case and its qualification.
Grozev himself said that he did not participate in the operation of the Ukrainian special services, and together with the Bellingcat team he was preparing an investigation into the attempts of the FSB and the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine to deceive each other.

According to him, Ukrainian operatives turned to Russian pilots with a proposal to overtake a military aircraft to the territory of Ukraine in exchange for money and citizenship of an EU country, and when Grozev’s team found out about this, they decided to make a documentary film about the operation. Soon, Ukrainian intelligence realized that FSB officers began to conduct negotiations on behalf of the pilots.
