The Odintsovo garrison military court sentenced mobilized Alexander Leshkov to five and a half years in a strict regime penal colony for pushing an officer during a dispute at the Patriot training center near Moscow. This was reported by TASS with reference to the court.
According to the file of the case, the man was found guilty of violent acts against the chief during the mobilization period (part 3 of article 334 of the Criminal Code). The verdict was handed down on December 16, 2022.
The Caution, News telegram channel published two videos on November 13, in which a mobilized man got into a skirmish with an officer. “Once we were at the range for shooters, the rest of the time we are engaged in jerking off at the tank range,” said Leshkov.
In addition, the mobilized called the training of fighters before being sent to Ukraine «imitation» and «profanity» and complained that the military was not provided with the necessary uniforms. At the end of the conversation, the man pushed the officer.
