MOSCOW, Jan 14 chemical weapons against the Russian military, the Russian embassy in London said, citing a video footage taken by Ukrainian forces.
In the video posted by the embassy on Twitter, you can see cylinders with the letters «OB» on them and drones lying on the table. Cylinders are already attached to some drones.
«A video released by the Ukrainian military appears to show their preparation to use a chemical weapon, likely phosgene, banned by the UN Chemical Weapons Convention, against the Russian military. The letters 'OB' stand for 'poison munitions',» the statement said embassies.
