«As a result of the shelling, two civilians born in 1981 and 1982 were killed, and a residential building was destroyed,» the publication says.

MLRS HIMARS was developed by American companies BAE Systems and Lockheed Martin in 2003. Based on the US Army FMTV three-axle wheeled chassis, it can carry six rockets or one ATACMS operational-tactical ballistic missile. The effective firing range for certain types of ammunition is up to 80 kilometers.
