
WARSAW, Jan 27 Residential building destroyed by gas explosion in Katowice, Poland, four people were injured, the PAP news agency reported.
«A gas explosion occurred in a three-story residential building in the Katowice district of Szopenice on Friday morning. As a result of the explosion, the house collapsed,» the report says.
Currently, a rescue operation is being carried out on the spot with the involvement of large rescuers.
«Four people were removed from the rubble and received medical assistance. The rescue operation is underway,» the report says.
It is not yet known exactly how many people were in the building, their search continues.
