MOSCOW, Jan 28 — State Duma Speaker Pyotr Tolstoy, while criticizing the behavior of local journalists.

Tolstoy, discussing with six French political scientists, stressed that the supply of Western weapons will not be able to change the course of the conflict, expressing confidence in the achievement of the goals of the special operation.
