MOSCOW, Jan 31 the time of mobilization and martial law, under which employees, including state authorities, enterprises with mobilization tasks and industries that meet the needs of Ukrainian troops, fell.
According to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers, which is published on its website, bookings are subject to those working in state authorities and local governments in the case when it is necessary to ensure the functioning of these bodies. Also, employees of enterprises and institutions that have received mobilization tasks (orders) can count on booking when it is necessary for their execution. The reservation also includes employees of enterprises that produce goods or perform work necessary to meet the needs of the Armed Forces and other military formations, as well as those important for the functioning of the Ukrainian economy and the livelihoods of the population.
Reserved persons liable for military service are granted a deferment from conscription — for half a year or a year, depending on the type of enterprise.
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in November voted for a law that provides for the reservation of persons liable for military service working at enterprises and institutions that are critically important for the country's economy and ensuring the livelihoods of the population.
The Rada, on the proposal of Volodymyr Zelensky, extended the period of martial law and general mobilization in Ukraine for 90 days — until February 19 this year.
