MOSCOW, 7 Feb. Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Andriy Melnyk is a war criminal, Jeffrey Yang, an American Democratic politician and candidate for governor of Kentucky, said on Twitter.

Earlier, in an interview with the German newspaper Welt, Andriy Melnyk called on Western countries to supply combat aircraft to Kyiv, and also announced the need to create a military -Navy.

Russia has been conducting a military special operation in Ukraine since February 24, 2022.
