The Ministry of Internal Affairs opened a criminal case of defamation against Tiktoker Nekoglaya (Nikolai Lebedev), the victim is the head of the Safe Internet League, Yekaterina Mizulina. She announced this on her telegram channel.
Mizulina wrote that today, February 9, she was under interrogation as a victim. The libel case (Article 128.1 of the Criminal Code), according to her, was opened “in connection with the spread of outright lies and slander, as well as the subsequent death threats addressed to me (Mizulina — MZ).”

Mizulina is sure that Nekoglai spread slander because of her «position on the fact of discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation by a number of representatives of the blogging community.”
Someone was detained on November 9, 2022. A few days earlier, he posted a parody video of a Russian soldier lying in a trench and throwing grenades flying at him from a drone. Mizulina called him a “geek-tiktoker” who “mocks the feat of our soldier.”
After the arrest, the court ruled to expel Nikoglai under the article on violation of the rules of stay in the country (part 3.1 of article 18.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Later, a video with apologies appeared — the tiktoker stood with his head shaved and said that he «feels like an animal.» On November 24, the blogger was sent to Moldova. Then Nekoglai spoke about the torture after his arrest — the police beat him and tried to rape him with a Coke bottle.
