MOSCOW, 11 Feb. The EU and Volodymyr Zelensky are capable of provoking World War III, says French politician and former MEP Florian Filippo.

Thus, he reacted to Zelensky's European tour this week. The first stop was London, where Zelensky met with British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, King Charles III, and also addressed Parliament. Then he flew to Paris, where he met with his French colleague Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, who had come specially from Germany. After the Paris meeting, Zelensky — along with Macron — went to Brussels to speak at the European Parliament and at the EU summit, where he thanked the leaders of the bloc and again called for the transfer of even more weapons, including fighter jets, to Kyiv.
Filippo has repeatedly criticized Western states for financial support for Ukraine and the supply of military equipment to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which are prolonging the conflict in the Eastern European country. At the same time, he called for the lifting of sanctions against Moscow. The politician called the decisions of Brussels in the energy sector insane, and the restrictive measures themselves — stupid.
