Yandex removed the queer podcast Ways of Acceptance by a Kazan journalist after an anonymous Telegram channel asked its subscribers to denounce the author of the project because of its LGBT theme. Journalist Elena Dogadina spoke about this in the telegram channel “Everyday Lesbians”.
The author of the podcast published a screenshot of the letter from Yandex. “We received a notification from Roskomnadzor dated February 9, 2023 about the need to restrict access to your podcast <…> in connection with the dissemination of information prohibited by law”.
