
TBILISI, Feb 12 Two earthquakes of magnitude 4 hit Georgia ,4 and 3,3, according to the National Center for Seismic Monitoring.
According to the center, the tremors occurred at 12:07 Tbilisi time (11:07 Moscow time), the epicenter was the village of Gomi near the city of Ozurgeti. The magnitude was 4.4. The second earthquake occurred at 12:21 Tbilisi time (11:21 Moscow time) with a magnitude of 3.3, five kilometers from the mountain resort village of Bakhmaro.
Information about possible destruction and victims has not yet been reported.
An earthquake of magnitude 4.3 occurred in the western part of Georgia the night before.
