Schoolgirl Masha Moskaleva, who drew an anti-war picture, was refused to be released from the social rehabilitation center for minors No. 5 in the city of Efremov. This is reported by «7×7», whose correspondent contacted the staff of the institution.
According to the publication, the center did not explain the reasons for this and asked to “stop writing” about Masha. RIA Novosti reports that the court received a lawsuit to restrict the parental rights of her father, Alexei Moskalev. The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Tula region told the agency about the search for the mother of a girl who does not communicate with her.
This information is confirmed by RBC. The publication writes that the Efremov juvenile commission filed a lawsuit to limit Moskalev's parental rights back in January. The head of the commission, Svetlana Davydova, said that since May the girl's family has been on a «preventive register of families in a socially dangerous situation.» At the same time, according to RBC, they want to deprive Masha's mother of parental rights.
In addition, the guardianship authorities intend to conduct a psychiatric examination of Moskalev. The police claim that Masha did not attend school for a long time. Allegedly, for this reason, the security forces came to their house, and not because of the anti-war drawing of the girl.
Moskalev’s lawyer Vladimir Bilienko told OVD-Info that there were no legal grounds to separate Masha from her father: after the house arrest was ordered for the man, the investigator ordered the child to be returned home and he himself came to the rehabilitation center to pick up the girl. However, she was not given to him under the pretext of the decision of the commission on juvenile affairs.
Moskalev cannot even buy food without the help of his daughter: according to a court order, a man has the right to contact only with an investigator, a lawyer and people registered with him in the same living space.
Masha Moskaleva was placed in a social rehabilitation center for minors on March 1 after her father was detained in the case of repeated “discrediting” of the army (Part 1 of Article 280.3 of the Criminal Code). The next day, Alexei Moskalev was placed under house arrest, he planned to take his daughter home.
The security forces noticed the man in April. Then he was called to school because of his daughter's drawing, which depicted a woman and the Ukrainian flag. The figure shielded the child from Russian missiles. The picture also had the inscriptions «Glory to Ukraine!» and «No to war!». After that, Aleksey Moskalev was fined 32 thousand rubles under the protocol on “discrediting” the army (part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) due to comment under the video in Odnoklassniki.
