The defendant of the «Tyumen case» Kirill Brik is still in SIZO-1 of Tyumen, members of the support group for the accused said in a telegram.
On March 3, the telegram channel «Tyumen case» drew attention to the fact that the last letters to Brik were not delivered, and suggested that he could be transferred to another detention center.
Today, the authors of the channel clarified that the recipients received notifications that their letters had passed the censor and reached the anti-fascist in SIZO-1.
At the end of February, Brick turned down a lawyer hired by a support group. Colleagues attributed this to the likely pressure from the security forces.
In December, Brik’s lawyers and three other defendants in the case — Yuri Neznamov, Roman Paklin, Deniz Aidyn — were taken to sign non-disclosure statements of the investigation.

Six anti-fascists from Tyumen, Surgut and Yekaterinburg were detained and arrested in late August and early September. According to investigators, they planned to blow up police departments, military registration and enlistment offices and railway lines along which trains with military equipment go to Ukraine. The defendants confessed, but later said that they did so because of torture and threats.
