MOSCOW, March 7 Harsh words of Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko about Vladimir Zelensky is evidence that Minsk's policy towards Kiev may undergo changes, said Leonid Slutsky, head of the Duma Committee on International Affairs and leader of the Liberal Democratic Party.
Lukashenko, speaking about the sabotage against the A-50 aircraft, called Zelensky a «nit».
“The tough position of the Belarusian leader is clear evidence that Minsk’s policy towards the Kiev regime may undergo serious changes. Both Zelensky and his overseas masters may clearly not like them,” Slutsky wrote in his Telegram channel.
Lukashenko, according to Slutsky, made it clear that the sabotage committed on the territory of Belarus with the «knowledge of Zelensky» clearly showed that he does not need peace, and Kiev «at the behest of Washington is trying to draw Minsk into a military conflict» .
«Three times calling the Ukrainian president a word whose politically correct synonyms are «an insignificant person», «scoundrel», «scoundrel», «scum» and the like, Lukashenko said — «the challenge is thrown», — noted the parliamentarian.
He also said that it follows from Lukashenka's words that trust in Kiev has collapsed: before the «provocation against the A-50 aircraft, he still thought that» Ukraine needs peace, and Zelensky is rooting for his people, «and now there are no illusions .
