According to celebrity, in 2004, her ex-husband Phil Bronstein managed to convince the judge to leave the heir with him. During the divorce proceedings, the ex-husband of the actress said that he considers her a bad mother because of shooting in explicit scenes. He cited the film «Basic Instinct» as an example.
After that, Bronstein received full custody of the heir. The artist was allowed to visit Roan once a month.
In addition, Stone noted that she felt bad in court because of a previous stroke. According to the actress, after the incident, she began to have heart problems.
However, the artist added that she managed to restore relations with her son. Roan also established communication with younger brothers — 17-year-old Laird and 16-year-old Quinn.
Earlier, Stone admitted that she paid the fee to Leonardo DiCaprio for her role in the film «The Quick and the Dead.» The reason was the unwillingness of TriStar Pictures to shoot the young actor.
