Member of the Main Council of the Zaporozhye Administration Vladimir Rogov said that the owner of the car blown up in the center of Melitopol had died.
«Ivan Tkach died in the hospital from his injuries,» Rogov said on the social network.
Earlier, he reported that Tkach owns one of the largest transport companies in the city and that the Ukrainian authorities called him a traitor because of cooperation with Russia.
Rogov also reported that the number of victims of the car explosion reached three — this is a man, a woman and a child.
