ULAN-UDE, Mar 14 In Russia there is a tendency to increase the level of wages, said Russian President Vladimir Putin.
«We have experienced a slight decrease in both the level of real wages and real incomes of the population — by 1% in the first and second cases. But the trend is still going on for promotion,» Putin said during a conversation with workers at the Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant.
