«The organizer of the scheme» is a trustee of the «thief in law» nicknamed Lasha Swan, who was detained by JEM at the beginning of the year,” the source said.
According to him, call center employees called potential victims on behalf of the police. They stated that they allegedly tried to commit fraudulent actions with the bank cards of the interlocutors, after which they found out confidential information or persuaded citizens to transfer money to them.
A total of nine members of the criminal group and one organizer were detained.
