The residents of the house in which the fire occurred said that they complained to the police about their neighbor more than once. According to them, the man had been drinking for a long time, and more than two years ago, after the death of his mother, he set up a brothel in his dwelling, where he gathered the surrounding drunks and homeless people.
On the night of the tragedy, four men gathered in a “bad” apartment . At five o'clock in the morning, the smell of burning came from the entrance and the residents of the house, having called firefighters, went out into the street. Later, they were invited to identify the bodies of a neighbor and his friend.
