In the village of Usovo-Tupik, Moscow Region, the home of FSB veteran Vladimir Fomichev was searched because of the article “TWO PIECES OF SAUSAGES”, published in the public group “Criminal Yelets”. The man told about this on his page on VKontakte; OVD-Info drew attention to the post.
The libel case with accusations of a person of committing a crime against sexual integrity and sexual freedom of a person or a serious crime (part 5 of article 128.1 of the Criminal Code) became known from a search warrant . The security forces came to Fomichev on March 9.
“Computer equipment, mobile phones and tablets were confiscated from my entire family. Installation is one! As much as possible to spoil, intimidate and bait me and my loved ones. God! How low, dirty and not respectable all this is,” the FSB veteran wrote then.
According to the document, the article “TWO PIECES OF SAUSAGE”, the author of which is unknown, became the reason for the case. According to the investigation, it contains «deliberately false information discrediting the honor and dignity» of the head of the Yelets district of the Lipetsk region, Oleg Semenikhin.
Fomichev posted a similar publication on his page. It talks about a banquet hosted by the head of the district, and that he personally controls the work of local camp sites, because of which «weekly they bring him a lot of cash» proceeds «; cash.» In addition, as follows from the text, the politician illegally provided electricity to some suburban areas.
