MOSCOW, 16 Mar. The Shanghai Bolshoi Theater hosted the premiere of the acrobatic drama Youth Has a Different Name, Rossiya K reports.
«According to the creators of the production, ballet, of course, is a great dramatic art, but loses to the circus in terms of entertainment. And the secret of success with the audience is quite simple — you need to combine the most spectacular elements from the two types of art — ballet and circus,» — clarified in the news release on the channel «Russia K».
The production was brought to Shanghai by the artists of the Acrobatic Theater of Hunan Province. This is a story about the youth of modern China. It is told through dance, music, light and acrobatic numbers.
