“Undoubtedly, the leaders of Russia and China will discuss issues of expanding Russian-Chinese cooperation in the field of economics, and, possibly, they will sign new oil and gas contracts, contracts for the creation of joint Russian-Chinese enterprises in the field of innovative technologies,” Maslov said.

According to Maslov, in the next five years, Russia and China will continue to diversify trade, develop cooperation in the field of science, the financial system, as well as increase cooperation in the military-political field, in the field of rethinking international relations and creating a multipolar world.
Chinese President Xi Jinping will pay a state visit to Russia on March 20-22, which will be his first trip abroad after being re-elected as head of state for a third term.
