Some details of the tragedy in the village of Diyevo-Gorodishche, Yaroslavl Region, where 3 people fell under the ice of the Volga, including the founder popular band Cream Soda Dmitry Svirgunov. Contrary to rumors, the second member of the group is not among the dead, he was not in the company of colleagues.

As MK learned, March 11 was Svirgunov's birthday. There was a big celebration this weekend. Svirgunov and friends had a picnic in his private house, which his family bought during the pandemic.
Last holidays, friends had a tradition — to walk along the river at night. Friends did not change their rules this time either. On the other side (about 700 meters from the house) there is a neighboring village, where the vacationers went for a walk

There were about 10 people in the company. The guys were drunk and staged a dance. They were approximately in the middle of the river, when the ice could not stand it and cracked.
Five went under the water. Dmitry Svirgunov, 35, his brother Roman Svirgunov, 25, and their friend Georgy Kiselev, 29. Now they are missing.

Those who stayed on the ice managed to save another party participant Valeria Derman on their own — earlier the girl posted photos from a walk along the Volga on her social networks.
Also, the Yaroslavl musician 27-year-old Aristarkh Ukhtomsky also went under water, he cling to the edge of the ice and he was pulled out by employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, but at the time of the rescue he was already in critical condition. In the ambulance, the young man died from severe hypothermia. As MK was able to find out, the second member of Ilya Gadaev's group was not at the picnic in the company vacationing outside the city.

Now divers are combing the bottom of the Volga in search of missing bodies. The ice cracked under the company about 350 meters from the shore.
