Flooding during the spring flood is possible this year. Roman Vilfand, scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, reports this.
According to his assessment, the disaster may begin in the settlements of Bryansk, Vologda, Leningrad, Ryazan, Samara, Smolensk, Tula regions, Crimea and Bashkiria.
Flooding will begin if there is heavy rainfall and very rapid snowmelt.
