ROSTOV-ON-DON, March 20 The concerts of the rock bands «Time Machine» and «Mumiy Troll», which were supposed to take place in Rostov-on-Don this year, have been canceled, Armen Gevorkyan said, organizer of the Rostov Roof Live project.
According to him, the concerts were supposed to take place back in 2020, but they were repeatedly postponed, first due to the pandemic, and now they have been completely canceled.
“This has not yet been announced, but they will not take place … for technical reasons,” the agency’s source explained.
Earlier, under one of the posts of the governor of the Rostov region Vasily Golubev, several comments appeared in Telegram, in which residents complained about the upcoming July concert of the Time Machine group, whose leader was recognized as a foreign agent.
A representative of the city administration replied that the owner of the concert venue «has been given explanations about the musician's negative impact on the younger generation and residents of the city, and was also asked to refrain from holding a concert.»
