MOSCOW, March 20 Russian President Vladimir Putin said that China has a strong economy and governance, it is much more efficient than in other countries.
«China has created a very effective system for developing the economy and strengthening the state. It is much more effective than in other countries,» the head of state said during an informal meeting in the Kremlin with Chinese President Xi Jinping.
Putin added that this is an «obvious fact».
