WASHINGTON, Mar 20 Russia-China relations strengthened, said White House strategic communications coordinator John Kirby against the backdrop of Chinese leader Xi Jinping's visit to Moscow.
“These two countries have become closer,” Kirby said at the briefing.
He noted that the heyday of relations between Moscow and Beijing fell on the recent past.
