It is noted that the group will be able to recommend to the service how to resolve issues that the owners of distribution points will turn to. For example, if a partner breaks the rules and the marketplace decides to disable it, members of the working group can advise the service to set a trial period so that the owner of the outlet corrects the shortcomings.
«The task of the group is to make the interaction between the service and entrepreneurs as transparent as possible, as well as constructively resolve disputes … This is the final instance, with which you can appeal the decision of the service if the partner does not agree with it. At the same time, «experienced pickup point owners who will be selected according to several criteria» will be able to participate in the work of the group.
