MOSCOW, March 21 Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree awarding the 2022 Prize for Young Cultural Workers to ballet dancer Sergei Polunin, sculptor Ekaterina Pilnikova and director Aidar Zabbarov, the document has been published on the portal of legal information.
