The director of the orphanage refused to let the adopted son of a 61-year-old pensioner from Ulan-Ude, Natalia Filonova, attend a court hearing with her mother. This was reported by human rights activist Nadezhda Nizovkina.
Filonova has been in a pre-trial detention center since November last year on the case of an attack on policemen. In December, the guardianship authorities took her 15-year-old adopted son, who was then living with the relatives of the pensioner, to a hospital in the city of Petrov-Zabaikalsky, and then to a social rehabilitation center in Ulan-Ude. On March 5, the young man ended up in the Zvezdny orphanage in the village of Barguzin, more than 300 kilometers from the capital of Buryatia.
Alalykin sent Nizovkina a recording of a conversation with an employee of Zvezdny, which she published on her YouTube channel.
On the audio, Vladimir asks to be released for trial, a male voice answers him: “Your Nizovkina does not catch up that you are a core. Why the hell does she tell you all this and bring you to a stressful situation? <…> You are being used in black. Damn, what was she (Filonova — MZ) thinking? Sorry for the mat, please. Before taking any action, she must understand that she will harm you first of all, and not herself. <…> She thought that she had a disabled child and they wouldn’t put her in jail, but why the hell wouldn’t they jail her?
Alalykin explains that he wants to understand what punishment will be given to his mother. The man says that Filonova “generally had to do her own thing and agree with this and that, and not vice versa to do everything.”
“Sorry, what country do we live in?” the employee continues. “Why do you need to climb there, you are a child, this is not your showdown. Because of the pen, pencil, cigarette — that's your level. Don't go where you can't get out. <…> Damn, the guy is an adult, but you have brains … It’s not clear there is some kind of porridge. <…> Your relatives screwed you up there. Why are you coming right now and saying: "I want to go to court"? I explain to you again, you are nobody, you understand, you are nobody, ”the man explains.
Nizovkina claims that Oleg Tsyrempilov, director of the orphanage, spoke to the child. Tsyrempilov told the “People of Baikal” that the teenager did not ask him to visit the court and there was no conversation between them. When the correspondent sent the recording published by the human rights activist to the director, he stopped answering calls.
According to Nizovkina, Filonova's relatives repeatedly applied to the orphanage to take Vladimir away, but they were refused.
Filonova was tried three times over the past year. In April, she asked the bus driver to remove the sticker with the letter Z, he dropped off all the passengers and took the pensioner to the police station. She was fined 1,000 rubles and arrested for five days on petty charges. data-type=»hint» data-slate-custom=»{«data-body»:»<p>Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.</p>»,"body»:"<p> ;Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code. </p>","isCreated":false,"migrationId":"1646998844495","html":null}»>hooliganismand disobediencepoliceman. Later, the woman was fined 35 thousand rubles under the article on «discredit» of the army because of the broadcast with Nizovkina, in which Filonova talked about her persecution.
On September 24, a rally against mobilization was held in Ulan-Ude, at which Nizovkina and Filonova were detained — they were kept in prison for two days ATS. Both denied participation in the action. According to the IC, on September 26, the pensioner hit two police officers when she was taken to a court hearing on the repeated violation of the rules stock. This became the reason for initiating a criminal case (parts 1 and 2 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code).
