In the press office The Investigative Committee of the Russian Investigative Committee for the Chelyabinsk region reported that a local resident was charged with attempted murder after he stabbed a visitor in one of the bars located in Magnitogorsk.
According to investigators, the conflict between two men took place in a bar on the evening of March 22. Both parties to the conflict were intoxicated. One of them read poetry for a long time, which the accused did not like.
The man grabbed a knife and stabbed the reader several times, and then fled the scene of the crime. The suspect was soon detained by the National Guard. It turned out to be a 44-year-old Magnitogorsk resident.
The department added that the victim is currently in the hospital, doctors are providing him with all the necessary assistance.
«A criminal case has been opened against the attacker on Part 3 of Article 30, Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Attempted Murder”),” the UK noted.
