MOSCOW, 23 Mar. Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin, during a speech by representatives of factions in the State Duma, after his report on the work of the government, left the hall to make an urgent call.
«Dear Colleagues, Mikhail Vladimirovich needs to make an urgent call,» said State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin.
The Prime Minister left the hall for a few minutes and soon returned back.
