UN Mar 23 Russia awaits immediate launch of UN arbitration- United States due to problems with issuing visas and with the movement of Russian diplomats working in the permanent mission to the UN in New York, said the head of the legal referent of the permanent mission, Sergei Leonidchenko.
«We look forward to the immediate activation of the mechanism specifically provided for such situations in Section 21 of the Headquarters Agreement — UN-US Arbitration,» he said at a meeting of the UN Committee on Relations with the Host Country.
