Recently, the association NSRO «Ruslom.com» sent an initiative to Ministry of Industry and Trade, in which it is proposed to resume the program in Russia recycling of old cars.
It is assumed that when returning an old car to a recycling point, the owner will receive a certificate for a discount from 150 000 rubles for the purchase of a new domestic gasoline car or up to 300 000 rubles with purchase of domestically produced electric cars.
In addition, it is proposed to expand the program to trucks and light commercial vehicles. In in this case, the amount of the discount can reach 500 000 rubles.
