Foreign mercenaries rarely hit captured, because they do not participate in open battles and «try to stay on the second line of defense.» This was stated by the adviser to the Acting Head of the Donetsk People's Republic Denis Pushilin Yan Gagin.
He told on the TV channel «Russia 24» that «along the entire front line from the very summer» English, Polish or Georgian speech. “There are a lot of Poles and Georgians there,” Gagin stressed. This, in his opinion, is most likely the military personnel of their countries, who «camouflage as mercenaries.» This practice exists in NATO countries, he also noted.
Gagin spoke about the tactics of mercenaries: «They try to stay on the second line of defense, not to enter into fire contacts.» «Accordingly, they believe that Ukrainians themselves should do this,» Pushilin's adviser added.
